| CANDIED FRUIT JELLY AND COMPOTES |
Candied fruit jelly and compotes are being prepared with the use of fresh and not over-ripe fruits. Special attention is dedicated to the selection of fruit and only the sort of fruit of the highest quality from our climate is picked.
Candied fruit can be consumed as a treat but is used more often for the preparing of different sweets (ice cream, cookies and such).
Compote is a tasty and refreshing fruit treat which is served well chilled but can also be used in a combination with ice cream, whipped cream, pudding or as a coating for pancakes or in preparation of cookies and cakes.
Due to the dry matter, which is highly involved, the product is very stable and has an expiration date of several months if it is kept in the proper conditions.
